At White Paper Design, we provide a personal service from trained graphic designers who will ensure your stationery is perfect for your wedding. You can have your wedding stationery printed to match exactly with your colour scheme; choose a design from this year’s collection, maybe have a design adapted or have your wedding stationery designed especially for you with our bespoke service.

Invitation prices start from £4.75 for 10*. More information can be found on our price list on our 'Order of Service' page or, if you are interested in our bespoke design service, please don’t hesitate to call or fill in our enquiry form. 30% deposits are required on order and the remainder just before completion. *Price is based upon 150+ A6 invitations.
From this day forward
A couple should be aiming to send out their invitations about 12 weeks before their wedding day. In order for us to make sure we can achieve this, we have two date guidelines. If you are ordering from our Collection we can usually complete within 3 weeks. If you would like to use our bespoke design service we would aim to start the process around 5 months before your wedding day. Of course, we would always endeavour to produce your designs in time, no matter how much time is left before your big day - just ask.
Based upon your initial contact, where we will ask for basic details; numbers, colours, which types of stationery you are interested in, we will send you an estimate showing costs specific to your stationery.
The start of a happy relationship
If you are happy with the price, we will then need to discuss specific details, when to send out your invites, go through any ideas you have for your stationery, match up your colours to our swatches etc. - this way we ensure we get a feel for the style of wedding you want to have. Once the quote is approved you will be sent an Order Acknowledgment and a 30% deposit will be requested.
Then comes the best bit! We start to design. We will first produce initial visuals showing our proposed designs. You can make amendments to this and make any suggestions from which you will then receive a second proof via email, where you will be asked to read through the details to check all is correct and approve them for printing. Subsequent revisions will be charged at £12.50 per set of proofs. Finally, an invoice for the remaining balance will be issued and, upon payment, your stationery will be printed and dispatched.
You can arrange to have your stationery delivered to anywhere you wish. If you would like White Paper Design to hand-write your invitations in calligraphy we will hold the majority, send you a few copies, and ask for your guest list. Once written we will then send the remainder via royal mail special delivery (price dependent on weight) for a previously arranged date.
You will be always be involved and you can speak to us at every stage of the process. We will endeavour to ensure that having your own unique wedding stationery designed is smooth and hassle-free.
All proofs must be checked carefully as refunds and exchanges can only be given where items are faulty. In the event of a cancellation all work-to-date must be paid for in full.
Every care will be taken to ensure careful packaging, but White Paper Design can not be held responsible for damage or loss in transit or circumstance outside of our control ie. postal strikes and printer's mechanical breakdowns.
